NASIYA OL ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Personal and Account Information
- Full Name and Email: Collected via Google Sign-In for account creation.
- Profile Photo: Used for your public profile.
- Referral Code: A unique identifier generated for our rewards program.
Contact Information
- Phone Numbers: Primary and additional phone numbers for communication between buyers and sellers.
Financial and Payment Information (New)
- Payment Card Numbers: When you request a referral bonus withdrawal, we collect your 16-digit card number to process the payment.
- Transaction History: We store records of your withdrawal requests and referral bonuses earned.
- Note: We do not process ephemeral data for payments; your card info is stored securely until the transaction is completed by our administration.
Location Data
- Precise and Approximate Location: Collected to calculate distances between users and listings and to display nearby offers.
Media and Files
- Images: Photos uploaded for listings and payment receipts (proofs) for VIP services.
Device Information
- FCM Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens are used to send push notifications.
- Device Metadata: Device type, OS version, and unique identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage marketplace services.
- To facilitate the Referral Rewards Program and process bonus payouts.
- To enable buyer-seller communication.
- To calculate and display the distance to nearby listings.
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform security (especially regarding financial withdrawals).
- To send important system and chat notifications.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Storage) to host your data and process notifications. We also use a private VPS for secure referral processing. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your information is stored securely on Google Firebase servers.
- Financial Data: Card numbers provided for withdrawals are retained until the payout is processed and then handled according to legal accounting requirements.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
5. Account Deletion and Data Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
- Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account directly through the App's profile settings.
- Manual Request: You may also email us at nasiyaol@gmail.com. Upon verification, all associated data (including location history and financial requests) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our rewards program, we monitor for "invalid traffic" or "fake referrals." Accounts found creating multiple fake identities to claim bonuses will be banned, and their balance will be forfeited.
